Job Description

ARK47 Studio is hiring in Riyadh for a Customer Success professional. You will onboard customers to ARK47 Studio, help them complete their first system, and conduct monthly check-ins with bilingual Arabic/English support. You’ll respond to reviews and support messages, and coordinate with the product team for issues.

Create bilingual help guides and track usage and payments weekly. The role is full-time on-site in Riyadh with Saudi Labour Law-compliant terms; relocation is welcome.
