1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service / Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CADREMY, including its website, platform, applications, services, digital capability tools, career services, learning services, professional services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using CADREMY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with CADREMY's Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules made available through the Platform.

2. ABOUT CADREMY

CADREMY is a professional capability and career platform designed to help individuals understand, develop, demonstrate, and progress their professional capabilities.

CADREMY operates on the principle:

"Capability Creates Opportunity."

CADREMY may provide capability assessments, Digital Capability Profiles (DCP), learning and professional development services, career opportunities, employer connections, professional services, and other related services.

3. THE CADREMY ECOSYSTEM

The CADREMY ecosystem may include, among other things:

• Digital Capability Profiles (DCP)
• Capability assessments and evaluations
• Learning and professional development
• Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

CADREMY may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the ecosystem from time to time.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or create an account for someone else without appropriate authority.

CADREMY may require users to verify certain information before providing particular services or features.

5. YOUNGER USERS

Certain CADREMY services may be available to younger users subject to applicable laws, parental or guardian requirements, and the specific service conditions.

Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is required, the relevant consent must be obtained before the applicable service is used.

CADREMY may restrict or limit access to certain services where required by law or for safeguarding purposes.

6. CADREMY PROFESSIONALS

CADREMY may provide professional services, assessments, development tools, career resources, and other features intended to support professional growth.

Information provided by users may be used to create professional profiles, capability records, recommendations, or other career-related outputs.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

7. DIGITAL CAPABILITY PROFILE (DCP)

The Digital Capability Profile (DCP) is a CADREMY framework designed to represent a user's demonstrated professional capability.

A DCP may be based on information, assessments, experience, learning, evidence, activity, and other relevant factors determined by CADREMY.

A DCP is not intended to represent a person's value, identity, personality, or overall worth.

7.1 DCP LEVELS

CADREMY may use a range of DCP levels, which may operate from DCP-0 to DCP-9.

The number, structure, criteria, and methodology of DCP levels may be updated by CADREMY from time to time.

Different capabilities may develop at different rates, and a user's DCP may therefore vary across different capability areas.

7.2 DCP LEVELS CANNOT BE PURCHASED

No one chooses their DCP level. They earn it.

Payment purchases access to the applicable service. It does not purchase professional capability or DCP status.

A paid subscription, plan, assessment, or other purchase does not automatically result in a higher DCP level.

7.3 EXPERIENCE AND PROGRESSION

DCP progression may be influenced by demonstrated experience, learning, assessments, professional activity, evidence, and other factors considered relevant by CADREMY.

Progression is not guaranteed and may require users to demonstrate additional capability or evidence.

7.4 NATURE OF A DCP

A DCP is a representation within the CADREMY framework and should not automatically be treated as a professional licence, statutory qualification, academic qualification, employment guarantee, or government certification unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. ACCURACY AND VERIFICATION

Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to CADREMY is truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading.

CADREMY may verify information where appropriate.

CADREMY may request supporting evidence or documentation and may update, restrict, remove, or suspend information that is found to be inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA-DRIVEN SERVICES

CADREMY may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, algorithms, analytics, and other data-driven technologies.

These technologies may be used for recommendations, matching, assessments, content generation, career guidance, analysis, profile development, or other Platform functionality.

AI-generated or algorithmically generated information may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be treated as infallible.

Users remain responsible for decisions made based on information provided through such services.

10. CAREER AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

CADREMY may provide access to employment opportunities, career resources, employers, recruiters, or third-party opportunities.

CADREMY does not guarantee that any user will receive an interview, employment offer, promotion, contract, income, or other career outcome.

Employment decisions remain the responsibility of employers, recruiters, and relevant organisations.

11. CAREER WALLET AND THIRD-PARTY OPPORTUNITIES

CADREMY may provide or connect users with a Career Wallet or similar functionality.

Career Wallet services may include information, opportunities, documents, professional records, or connections to third-party services.

Third-party opportunities may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, privacy policies, and conditions imposed by the relevant third party.

CADREMY is not responsible for the independent actions, decisions, services, or policies of third parties.

12. EMPLOYERS AND RECRUITERS

Employers and recruiters using CADREMY are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings, recruitment activities, and communications.

Employers and recruiters must not use CADREMY for discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

CADREMY may remove job postings, restrict accounts, or suspend access where it reasonably believes that applicable rules or laws have been breached.

13. PROFILE VISIBILITY

Users may have control over certain profile visibility settings depending on the services and features available.

Some information may be visible to employers, recruiters, professionals, or other authorised users where the applicable settings or service require it.

Users should review their profile and privacy settings carefully before making information available through the Platform.

14. LEARNING, CPD AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

CADREMY may provide learning resources, courses, CPD activities, assessments, professional development tools, and related services.

Completion of a course, activity, or learning resource does not necessarily mean that a user has achieved a particular professional capability level.

Any certificates, records, badges, or other recognition provided by CADREMY are subject to the applicable service conditions.

15. PAID SERVICES, PLANS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

CADREMY may offer paid services, plans, subscriptions, assessments, professional services, or other paid features.

Available plans may include:

Elite — SAR 249

Features, benefits, limits, availability, and pricing may vary between plans and may be changed from time to time.

16. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed through the Platform are subject to applicable taxes, charges, and payment conditions where relevant.

Users agree to provide valid payment information when purchasing paid services.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

CADREMY does not store payment card information except where expressly permitted and required for the operation of the relevant payment service.

17. RENEWALS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Where a service is provided on a recurring subscription basis, the subscription may automatically renew according to the applicable subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The applicable renewal price and conditions will be presented during the relevant purchase or subscription process.

Users are responsible for cancelling recurring subscriptions where they do not wish the subscription to renew.

18. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the service purchased, applicable laws, and the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a user under applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, CADREMY may process the refund using the applicable payment method or another appropriate method.

19. PROMOTIONS AND FREE ACCESS

CADREMY may provide promotional offers, discounts, trials, free services, or other forms of temporary access.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, eligibility requirements, time limits, or usage restrictions.

By submitting User Content, users grant CADREMY the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, analyse, transmit, and use that content to provide and improve the relevant services, subject to applicable privacy laws and the CADREMY Privacy Policy.

Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

CADREMY does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services.

25. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

CADREMY aims to provide a reliable Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

CADREMY may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or services where reasonably necessary.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, third-party failures, and events beyond CADREMY's reasonable control may affect availability.

• Breaches these Terms.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• Uses the Platform in a manner that could harm CADREMY or others.

Where appropriate and legally required, CADREMY may provide notice before taking action.

27. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT OR CAREER OUTCOME

CADREMY does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, salary increases, contracts, business opportunities, professional recognition, or any other specific career outcome.

The purpose of CADREMY is to support users in developing and demonstrating professional capability and accessing opportunities.

Final employment and career decisions are made by users, employers, recruiters, and other relevant parties.

28. INFORMATION IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Information provided through CADREMY is for general informational and educational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

CADREMY does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, tax, or other regulated professional advice through general Platform content.

Users should seek appropriate qualified professional advice where necessary.

29. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Users are responsible for their use of the Platform and for decisions made based on information obtained through CADREMY.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CADREMY will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the Platform.

Where appropriate, CADREMY may notify users of material changes through the Platform, email, or other reasonable means.

The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the updated version.

33. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

34. DISPUTES

CADREMY and users should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms applicable under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

35. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure by CADREMY to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with any applicable policies and service-specific conditions, constitute the agreement between the user and CADREMY regarding use of the Platform.
