Job Description

The Regional Financial Controller leads financial control, reporting, and day-to-day finance operations across Elevate MENA, reporting to the Regional Finance Director and managing a team of three. The role ensures the integrity of financial information through disciplined month-end closes, effective controls, and compliance across all MENA entities, while supporting forecasting, cash flow visibility, and business analysis.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with minimum 10 years’ relevant finance experience
• Expertise in financial close, management accounting, and IFRS compliance
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, treasury, and working capital
• Experience leading finance teams and managing multiple entities
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
