Conducting welding procedure qualification tests and maintaining procedure qualification records (PQR) for Structural, Tank & Piping works.*
Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification & conducting Procedure Qualification test at site per requirement.*
Verification of welding consumables BTCs & conduct necessary Qualification test at site.*
Preparation of Job procedure & ITP pertaining to Structural, Piping & Tank works*
Periodical Site Internal Audits.*
Visually inspecting the fit up & welded joints of Structural, Tank & Piping works.*
Welding inspection (surveillance checks before ,during and after welding)*
Conducting all NDT inspections and preparation of all inspection records.*
Coordination with Customer for necessary day-to-day inspections.*
Piping test package preparation, review, and site verification and punching the pending activities.*
NDT Clearance of Piping Test packs*
Hydrotest witness of Tank & Piping system.
